Manually controllable pleated system in the space between the panes of an insulating glass unit.
This system already works with a pane gap of 16mm and can therefore also be used in existing standard window systems. This also enables a problem-free implementation in renovation projects.
A magnetic strip system allows the pleated blind to be placed in any desired position within the pane.
The strips can be removed for trouble-free cleaning of the glass. In contrast to retrofitted pleated blinds in front of the glazing, this pleated blind is maintenance-free and does not get dirty. Also, with certain fabric colours, no uncontrolled thermal loads are generated, which in other systems can quickly lead to thermal loads on the glass, which can result in glass breakage.
This system can be installed vertically from top to bottom or from left to right and vice versa. The system can also be installed in roof windows.
