We set new sustainable standards in exposed concrete facade construction. This is clearly shown in the new building “Factory 56” from the Mercedes-Benz AG, Sindelfingen: Natural granulation was used for this, which was replaced to 100% by recycled granulation of type 2 (70% concrete chippings and 30% stonework parts). Currently only a maximum of 25% by volume, based on the total granulation, is allowed. That’s why a technical approval in individual cases (ZiE) was necessary.
