NUO_WALL is an acoustically effective element for interior spaces. It consists of our established, matt lacquered NUO material. The material is inserted into an aluminum frame system with a groove using flat piping and fitted with an acoustic absorber on the back. In this way, NUO_WALL improves the room acoustics of offices, restaurants or entrance areas.
Not only the look and soft feel of NUO_WALL are convincing, but also the acoustic values speak for this unique system.
The perforation in the NUO material created by the laser process and the absorber attached to the back form an acoustically effective element that can be easily integrated into any room thanks to the modular frame system. NUO achieves fire protection class B1 according to an orienting test of DIN 4102.
In combination with a flexible, open-cell melamine resin foam or a lightweight acoustic partition felt, NUO achieves amazing results, especially in the frequency range from 400 Hz to 1250 Hz. The good thermal insulation properties and low weight are also convincing arguments for the use of these acoustic absorbers.
Designers, planners and interior decorators can plan their NUO_WALLs entirely in accordance with the structural requirements and individual ideas of their customers, both in the planning phase and for subsequent installation to reduce reverberation.
